If you need a book for this class, you must purchase it directly from the AHA website. https://shopcpr.heart.org/bls-provider-manual-ebook 1. Bookings are non-refundable. When you book a class, we immediately purchase your completion card and schedule an instructor to accommodate you. ​ 2. Doors close on the hour. If you are running late, please do not call. We will not answer the phone during classes. ​ 3. Please do not sign up for class if you are physically unable to demonstrate CPR skills. No refunds will be given for failed skills assessments. ​ 4. Mobile phones must be turned off at the start of class. ​ 6. Please be prepared to present a valid Photo ID upon arrival. 7. If you are not sure what class you need, please email us in advance. We will not issue refunds if you sign up for the wrong class. We will issue cards for the class you signed up for.
